Ordering and Payment  

You can place an order online using the shopping cart facility.   Our preferred method of payment is via PayPal, and this is the only way we can receive money from buyers outside the UK.   At the checkout you will be transferred to the PayPal secure server where you can pay with most major credit or debit cards.   You do not need a PayPal account to use this method and at no time do we have access to your card details.

Payment for purchases within the UK can also be made by cheque or by phone with a credit card.   Please contact us by email if you would prefer this method.

Postage

Postage is free to all UK addresses.   We use Royal Mail first class recorded delivery which will require a signature upon receipt.  

If you would like your parcel insured against loss or damage this will incur a single additional charge of £3.00 however many items you order.   Please purchase this using the Extra Options page.  

If you are outside the UK we make an additional charge of £3.00 per package.   Parcels are sent by Royal Mail air mail.   Please purchase this using the Extra Options page.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery you can return it, unworn and in its original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.
