Refunds and Exchanges

We genuinely want you to be happy with your Finishing Touches jewellery.  If it doesn't suit you or doesn't meet your expectations then please return your item for a no questions asked refund.

Please note that, unless faulty, the cost of returning an item is not refunded.

All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and, needless to say, in perfect, unworn condition.

Please get in touch if you are making a return so that we know to expect it and can provide you with the delivery details.  As soon as the return has been received and checked you will be issued with a refund.

Faulty Items

Every item is checked before packing but mistakes can sometimes happen and occasionally something goes wrong.  If your jewellery was damaged during delivery or if we made an error please do contact us to resolve the issue.

Repairs and Alterations

If your jewellery has minor damage due to wear and tear or an accident within a year of purchase please contact us.  In most cases we will be able to undertake repairs with only a minimal cost for additional materials and postage.

Please note that we are unable to undertake repairs of jewellery made by other companies or designers.
