Refunds and Exchanges

I genuinely want you to be happy with your Finishing Touches jewellery.   If it doesn't suit you or doesn't meet your expectations then please return your item for a no questions asked refund.

Please note that, unless faulty, the cost of returning an item is not refunded.

All items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and, needless to say, in perfect, unworn condition.

Please get in touch if you are making a return so that I know to expect it and can provide you with delivery details.   As soon as the return has been received and checked you will be issued with a refund.


Every item is checked before packing but mistakes can sometimes happen and occasionally something goes wrong.   If your jewellery was damaged during delivery or if i made an error please do contact me so I can resolve the issue.  


If your jewellery has minor damage due to wear and tear or an accident within a year of purchase please do contact me.  In most cases I will be able to undertake repairs with only a minimal cost for materials and postage. 

Please note that I am unable to undertake repairs of jewellery made by other companies or designers.
